Respect other users and follow platform rules
Farmers/sellers are responsible for the quality, legality, and delivery of their products.

4. Limitation of liability:

Any direct or indirect losses from using the service
Product quality, delays, or disputes between users
External websites or third-party content

5. Account suspension or deletion:

Violating the terms
Posting harmful or fraudulent content
Abusing the platform

6. Intellectual property:

All content on e‑berq (design, texts, logos, images, data) belongs to e‑berq or its partners. You may not copy, use, or distribute content without permission.

7. Changes to terms:

We may update the Terms from time to time. All updates will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform means you agree to the new terms.

8. Governing law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
